Common Questions

What are the shipping costs?


The shipping cost is free for orders above €35,- when shipped to the Netherlands. For orders below €35,- only €3.45 will be charged. For international orders, within the EU, the shipping costs are €6,95. See the section ‘Shipping Policy’ for information about shipping.

When will my order be shipped?


If the order is placed before 15:00 on a business day, the order will be shipped the same day. When the order is placed after 15:00, the order will be shipped the next business day. See the section ‘Shipping Policy’ for information about shipping.

Do I get a Track and Trace code?  


Yes, a Track and Trace code will always be shared with our customers. This will be provided once the package is ready to be shipped.

What is the delivery time?


For delivery within the Netherlands, the delivery time can take up to 3 to 5 working days but is usually faster. For delivery outside the Netherlands and within the EU, the delivery time can take up to 10 to 12 working days. See the section ‘Shipping Policy’ for information about shipping.

My discount code does not work?

How can I pay?


Through Ideal, Mastercard, and Visa.

Can I pay after placing the order?

No, only before placing the order the payment needs to be fulfilled through either Ideal, Mastercard, or Visa.

What if I have a different delivery address?


You can provide a different delivery address during the ordering process. Did you enter an incorrect address? Then please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order (before 17:00). Then we can see if the adjustment in address can be made.

What if I have not received my order yet?


You can follow the package via the Track & Trace code that you received. If you do not have your order within 5 working days after receiving your track and trace code, please contact us as soon as possible. Then we help you to trace your package.

How could I change my order, once ordered?


Orders can be changed only when the package has not yet been shipped. Please contact us a.s.a.p. and we will look at the options to change the order. Orders can only be changed with a product of the same or higher value.

What if I see differences in colors in the product?


All product pictures are taking in natural light. Slight differences in colors can occur due to photography. However, all product pictures are non-edited to avoid color differences as much as possible. Please ensure to look at the pictures carefully before ordering the product.

Can I change the size (if applicable)?


At this point of time, we do not change any sizes. Soon we will come up with the policy for this and our website will be updated.
